How to allow commenting on my video? (YouTube)

To allow users commenting your new videos without moderation, follow these steps:

1. Open YouTube at your browser using computer and click your account icon on the right top side of the screen:

2. Then go to YouTube Studio:

3. Find "Settings" and click on it:


4. Follow to "Community", then open "Defaults" section:

5. Change it to "Allow all comments" then hit "Save" to apply changes:


This will set allowance of commenting on each of your next uploads by default.


You can always change this for any video in its settings using "Content" section of your YouTube Studio. Just click "Edit" on your video and find the same comment settings specifically for the video.


Don't forget to save changes!
